Problem Thumbnails

  In Settings/ Media .I Set my thumbnails to 240 x 160. Set my medium photo size to 800 x 0. Set my large size to 1600 x 0
  I install plugins “regenerate thumbnails” but demision thumbnails inappropriate
  For ex:( thumbails inappropriate with my images) URL: http://hieupharma.blogbroad.com/?p=48
  I want crop thumbails ????
