Problem to accès to my business plan

Hello,
Yesterday I purchased the WordPress Business plan and the payment has already been deducted from my bank account. However, I have not received any confirmation and I am currently unable to access my website properly. It seems that I have two different accounts with two different email addresses, and the system keeps switching between them or logging me out when I try to manage my site. Because of this, I cannot edit or access my website.
Could you please check this issue and help me restore proper access to my Business plan and website?
