Problem to connect

    Hi,
    I have a problem to connect to my WordPress’ home. We are 2 administrators of the site. None of our id and password are working for a couple of days. When I try to connect, there is no message even not en error message.
    So, I’ve tried to modify my password by ‘forgot your password’. I received an email with a link to modify my password. When I click on the link, the wordpress page announce me an error .
    This is the message in french
    Erreur : votre lien de réinitialisation de mot de passe semble non valide. Veuillez demander un nouveau lien ci-dessous.

    Error : Your reinitialisation password link is unvalid. Please try again.

    Sorry for my english level, I’m french ;)

    Thanks for that. Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted at OVH.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to OVH for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with your password reset problem. You can find ways to contact them here:
