Problem to export content wordpress.com blog

I’m trying to export the contents of June I manage a blog on wordpress.com to another blog that I have, also from wordpress.com and sent me an email informing me that the export of content failed. In previous months I have been exporting the content of this blog and had not happened. What could be happening? Thanks for your attention.

I’m not seeing a failed import for jaime48.wordpress.com. Is this the site you were trying to import into? If so please try the import again.

To confirm you are only trying to export posts from June 2015 is that correct?

The email you received (and just posted) has a download link to a zip file containing your back up. Click that link within 7 days to download your content. Within the zip file you’ll have one or more XML file which can be imported into another site.

You will need to open the zip file, extract it, then import each .xml file individually. You will not be able to import the .zip file.

It sounds like you aren’t importing an XML file. Can you please double check the file you are trying to import ends in .XML and not .ZIP?
