Problem to insert a link
-
Hi, I don’t manage to insert a hypertext ling in the last article I published, though I did it before in previous articles and got no problem with the process. In this case, the link I’m trying to add doesn’t insert in the word I select. What kind of problem is it ? Thanks for your help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there!
Could you confirm that you’ve highlighted the word in your Visual editor, clicked the link button, then added the URL, and saved? Please let me know if this was your process. If it wasn’t, try again with the steps I mentioned.
This document on creating links may help:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/If not, send me a link to the post where you’re trying to add a link. Tell me which word you’re trying to link, and the URL to which you want the word to link. I can test further once I receive this information.
Thanks so much! All the best.

Hi,
I wrote you after I had tryed this process of course, which I used before and used to work.
Anyway I solved the problem, I don’t know how but it actually works.
Therefore I have another problem now : I’ve been trying to copy a comment on my last project but it doesn’t work. And whenever I’m tryin to redo so, I get a message sayin I already sent this comment. However I dont find it in the list of comments on my blog and can’t valid it.
Help is required, then. Many thanks !

Hey there!
Anyway I solved the problem, I don’t know how but it actually works.
I won’t look a gift horse in the mouth :) As long as you’re happy with the result, I’m happy.
Therefore I have another problem now : I’ve been trying to copy a comment on my last project but it doesn’t work. And whenever I’m tryin to redo so, I get a message sayin I already sent this comment. However I dont find it in the list of comments on my blog and can’t valid it.
Could you send me a link to the original comment? And, also please give me a link to the post where you want to add the comment.
Is your process copying the text from the comment from your last project, going to the new site, and pasting it into the comment box of the new site? If not, please let me know how you’re trying to accomplish this.
I’ll keep an eye out for your responses. Thanks much!

Hi,
Ok, here is the link with the comment I'm trying tout copy in the end of my last article : http://www.houzz.fr/viewReview/311255/Emilie-Bouaziz-Interior-design-review
My last article is this one : http://emiliebouaziz.com/2015/01/18/des-combles-optimises-et-une-entree-stylee/
I want the comment to appear as written by the person who published it, thus I change the name from mine into “Menegol” and enter the website link of his profile on houzz : http://www.houzz.fr/user/menegol
I usually don't enter any mail adress even if it is hidden, but I also tryed since it didn't work with that process, but got no better success as the comment isn't published.
I had no problem before with copying comment from houzz.com on my blog and don't understand why it doesn't work anymore.
Thanx for helping me ! Best regards

Hello there!
Thanks so much for your explanation.
Unfortunately, this isn’t something I can assist with. Even though your intentions are honorable, we cannot help you impersonate another person on your site. I do realize that the quote/comment is useful and that you do want to place it on your new site.
My suggestion is to add it to the body of your post in the new site. Use a blockquote, for instance, credit the original commenter, and even link back to the houzz.fr design review.
Here is information about creating a blockquote within your text:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor
#6 describes blockquotes.
I wish I could do more, but I do hope my workaround solution suits you. If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!
