Hi there,
It’s not possible to import a file over 15MB here, and in fact, the smaller the file the better – files close to the limit often causes the importer to stall. I’d suggest the following:
First, clean up your blog as much as possible. With that I mean specifically go through your old comments and delete any that are spammy or just short “Great post” type comments. You’ll be amazed at the impact that can have on your export file.
Second, also make sure you’re exporting the Content Backup file from Blogger and not the Template export file. The latter cannot be imported here.
Third, if you still end up with a file over 15MB in size, you can look online for an XML splitter app. You can find a link to one option here:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-split-large-xml-files-in-wordpress/
Once your file is split into smaller pieces you can import them here one after the other. If any one of the files take more than 24 hours to import, please let me know as that probably means the importer has stalled which will require me to reset it.
