Problem to report: import still stuck after five days

I initiated an import on Feb. 7, but it process is still stuck, with this message:
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.
I first posted about this several days ago, but have not received any replies. Can someone help me with this problem?

Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

It was an import from WordPress to tbarchives.wordpress.com on Feb. 7. It was an XML file.
Is there other information you need?
