Problem to transfer a domain

    Deseo transferir el dominio que tenemos registrado. Necesito el desbloqueo y el authcode. Pero al intentarlo desde el panel devuelve un error que dice:
    ‘Se ha producido un error al intentar enviar el código de transferencia de dominio. Inténtalo de nuevo o ponte en contacto con el servicio de asistencia si continúas teniendo problemas.’

    Quedo puedo hacer?

    Hi there,

    You are most likely having trouble transferring the domain because quebonitoessermadre.com is owned by a different account than the one you are contacting us from. You’ll need to log into the account connected to the domain in order to renew it. Or, you can have the owner post in this thread and we’ll see what we can do in order to get it renewed.
