problem to upgrade my plan to personal plan

    I want to downgrade to Personal, previous business plan then free plan, ‘ve removed plugins, but when I check out, I get a message saying “You have no items in your cart If you were trying to add something to your cart, there may have been a problem. Try adding it again. Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.”

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
