problem transferring domain

    Hi, I am trying to transfer ny WordPress.com-purchased domain to Namecheap. They just emailed saying they were cancelling my transfer because my EPP code was incorrect:

    “Reason for Cancellation : Canceled – Invalid EPP/authorization key – Please contact current registrar to obtain correct key”

    The code I was given was the following:

    “Domain Name: BRENNANFAMILYPHOTOS.COM
    Authorization Info: #3C599/ED27D4D13″

    Why is this not working?
