Problem transferring followers from wordpress.com to self hosted website

  I followed the instructions given under Subscription Migration Tool. But, I am having trouble in the last step –

  In the “Move Followers From A WordPress.com Site” area, select your WordPress.com site that has the followers. Then, click the “Migrate” button as shown below.

  I am not able to see an option when trying to select a website from which followers have to be transferred. It is coming as a blank box and there is no drop down menu.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The issue may be that the account you are posting from is not the owner of the wordpress.com site that you are trying to transfer followers from. You are just an administrator there.

  Also, it looks like followers were transferred between those two sites already.
