Problem transferring mapping of domain between blogs

    The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue. – I have had this message when I try to transfer the mapping of my domain from one blog to another – can anyone help!?
    I am rather new to all this so apologies if this is a daft problem…!
