  I have another website where I’m able to upload themes, but at this one for some reason I’m only able to use the themes offered by wordpress

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to upload themes to sites hosted here at WordPress.com:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  Themes can only be uploaded to the self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org).
