Problem trying to order upgrade/renewal

My blog renewal is due 12/27/11 and I’ve received this failure message today–I’ve tried to order through the “Store” on my dashboard, but it says the order is a duplicate which implies that the renewal has already processed. I’ve tried several times to do an upgrade, using two different credit cards and PayPal and nothing is allowing it to process. And there is no one available to help until January 2? Is there someone who can sort out whether I’m renewed or not so my blog doesn’t disappear?

Which blog are you referring to? Please post an active link to it starting with http:// as The site linked to your username is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Those are the only blogs we provide support for here. All others must post to http://wordppress.org/support as they run on different software.

okay, there is no active live person support there from what I can find. That is my concern–I want to renew my WordPress account and the software is not cooperating and no support available?

i am trying to renew my website but everytime i try paying it says that the product is no longer available for the 8 dollars does that mean i have to pay the hole amount? i tried paying with paypall and entering my credit card and it wont let me do anything

@briarcroft-Your blog at http://briarcroft.wordpress.com won’t disappear. You just won’t be able to upload any new images or other media until it’s sorted out.
@yashippy- What product are you trying to renew?

briarcroft, instead of ordering it again, please try renewing it in the Store section of your blog’s Dashboard. You may need to scroll to the bottom to see the option.
yashippy, please try renewing directly from the Store -> Domains section of your blog’s Dashboard.

Ok, I kinda have a similar issue. I paid for or the renewal of the following on the 23rd of this month: Domain Mapping, Domain Registration and Private Registration. But it´s still telling me that it will expire on the 8 of January 2012. Did I do something wrong?

I have tried to upgrade/renew my account today as well, through the email link provided as well as directly through the store/dashboard and it says the same thing, “That item is no longer available”. Please help!

Which blog are you referring to? Please post an active link to it starting with http:// -
juliepresley, that shouldn’t appear when you renew directly through Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard. That issue is only affecting some renewal emails at this time.
Also, make sure that you’re logged in as the account which owns the upgrade.
