Problem trying to transfer my upgrades

Im attempting to transfer the premium upgrade from Unique Vintage Chic to Unique So Chic. This is the message I get on screen:
“The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.”

Hi Amanda,
After looking into your account, I found that the WordPress.com Premium upgrade was already under the account with the username: uniquesochic. The WordPress.com Premium upgrade was added to the site: uniquevintagechic.wordpress.com. Would you like this upgrade moved to the site: uniquesochic.wordpress.com instead?
Please reply to confirm!

Hi yes I would lbasically like to swap my upgrades. the premium upgrade on unique so chic & the custom fonts upgrade swapped to unique vintage chic please.

Ive just installed a new theme (Gallery) on my Unique So Chic site and have some issues with it. It seems very buggy, and doesn’t show as responsive on an iPad – although does on the iPhone. Would you be able to help me with some CSS to fix my issues?

Gallery is a Premium Theme, so you would be able to get direct support from the Theme authors here:

I did pose my initial questions to the Gallery support forum, but so far i haven’t had any response at all – not even an acknowledgement email.
Im pretty desperate to sort out the issues im having. (its been a few days)
can you advise me on the best course of action? most of what im wanting is CSS help, would the CSS forum be best?Many thanks
