problem updating credit card to renew domain

  Hi, I need to update my credit card expiration date to renew my domain. When I follow the link in the expiration warning emails that are sent to me, I arrive at a page that “does not exist.” When I go to my upgrades and attempt to enable autorenew, I enter the information and see a box at the bottom that says it requires authorization, but clicking it doesn’t effect a change. When I attempt “renew now” I arrive at a blank Checkout screen with only the worpress header at the top.

  I’m so sorry to hear that. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  Then try renewing it again by going to this direct link:

  https://quirkandquill.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  If it doesn’t work please let me know, and I can try renewing it for you manually.

  Hi Grace,
  I just followed your suggestion to clear cache & cookies, and it’s still not working. I see a link on the dashboard now to “renew now,” but again if I follow the link I arrive at “this page does not exist.”

  Thank you! It has been renewed. The new expiration date is April 6th, 2016.
