problem updating my credit card

    I am an admin on our WordPress account and owner of our company and want to update our expiring credit card. Someone else setup our account and I can’t find the original admin because the person in our company left or the person at our social media contractor left. WordPress won’t tell me the original payor.

    I added my card, but am not certain if it will pay our bill in June!

    Hi there,

    Sites on WordPress.com are owned by the individuals that set them up, and not by companies or other organizations. Do you have any way to reach the person that set up this site for you? You will need Landon to transfer ownership of the site and all it’s upgrades over to your control, and then you will be able to manage them without issue.

    Please have them log in under their WordPress.com account (the one the upgrades were purchased under) and we will be able to assist in the transfer of ownership. Thanks!
