problem updating WordPress site pages

    I have a WordPress website for a few years. In the last couple of months I have not been able to update the pages on the website.
    I attempted a simple update: simply adding a paragraph to the end of a page, including a link to a pdf file which has been uploaded to the instance where the website is stored.

    I have recently updated to the latest version of WordPress that is available.

    Any help will be welcomed.

    I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?

    It is a WordPress website and the host provider is gandi.net

    I think you are correct in your assumption, so I’ll follow your suggestion and see what I find.

    So yes, you will want to post to the community forums :)

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
