Problem Uploading

  I’ve run into this several times, and it is frustrating as hell.
  I upload an image from my computer. It shows up on the Upload page. I then click in the Post area above the text I’ve put in, and then I click ‘Send to Editor.’ The image begins to show up in the Posting area, but after just a few seconds, it completely stops. I end up with only a partial image. I wait and wait, nothing happens. I’m about to just give up the whole thing. I’ve found that I have to upload the image again, try again, and cross my fingers. Usually, even that doesn’t work.
  I have Windows XP, using only dialup connection.
  Any thoughts?

  sounds like your dialup connection may be timing out or something. How big are the image files you’re uploading?

  The last one I tried is 400KB in size. This doesn’t happen all the time, and it doesn’t seem to be related to the size of the file. But maybe I should try to really reduce the file size. I’ll try that.

  I tried by reducing the image to 151KB. It worked this time. I’ll keep trying that and see what happens. Thanks.
