Problem Uploading and Installing X-Template in WordPress

    I purchased X-Template from envatomarket and downloaded the Zip file to my Mac desktop. From within WP (my website is hosted on GoDaddy), I followed the directions to upload a new zip template file. ​At the end of the upload process, I get the following error message: ‘The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini. I tried three times and got the same error. Any advice?

    There is no FTP access to any wordpress.com sites. The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

    There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
    upload any third party themes,
    create child themes,
    create our own themes,
    edit templates,
    create own own layouts,
    or use stylesheets from other themes.

    For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service. See: Moving to Self-Hosted WordPress

    That site is not on our servers and we cannot help you. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and know that many people get confused about the two.

    If you do not have a wordpress.ORG account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/

    If you have a wordpress.ORG account but have lost the password password click Lost password https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/

    This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
