problem uploading custom header.

  When i upload a header it says “file type doesnt meet security standards” or something.
  Why?

  I am having the same issue as pally12. The file type is a bitmap image. It’s 532kb

  The man who made the header for me said the second one he sent is a jpg file. When I right click it and then click “properties” it shows as being unknown. He said it shows as a bitmap because it is a photoshop. image. Does that help?? Thanks

  If the file is a jpg it should show up as a jpg, not a bmp. Creating it in Photoshop has nothing to do with it. He has to save it as a jpg (and with the proper extension).

  We got it figured out. He reduced the size to the dimensions shown and it fit perfectly. We got on the phone and when I mentioned the dimensions he immediately knew what to do. Thanks!!
