Problem uploading Gravatar profile picture

  While on Gravatar, I have not been able to upload a profile picture from my computer’s hard drive. The file format of the picture in question is a JPEG, and its name has no spaces or special characters. When I browse to its location and select it, and then click “Next,” the “Browse” field just goes blank. What am I doing wrong?

  Can you please try clearing out your browser cache?

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

  I tried uploading later, and it worked. The problem occurred with IE10.
