problem uploading images

  Hello,
  I was uploading an image from my file on desktop but the image doesn’t load on my article. I see only this:
  <img src="http://gianlucabati.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/mondo-rating2.jpg?w=300" alt="mondo-rating" width="300" height="277" class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-598" />

  What is the matter ?
