problem uploading photos

  I had this problem before but I can’t remember how did I solve it. When I try to upload a jpg file, I get a “HTTP error” message and I can’t do anything. I tried changing the size of the file, the color mode in photoshop, but nothing. I can’t even upload any other photo that I’ve already uploaded before. I don’t know where the problem is but now I can’t put any photos in mi posts. Please, help.

  What browser and version are you using? And what kind of file are you uploading? Jpg, bmp, png, or what?

  Latest version of Mozilla Firefox in Mac OSX, JPG files.

  After a while I tried again and I was able to upload the file this afternoon, but from time to time I had that same problem.

  In the absence of other suggestions, I’m going to suggest you do the Cookie Dance: log out, clear browser cache and cookies, and restart the computer.

  I know staff are tinkering with the permalink structure of images today, so you might just want to give it a rest for a day or so and try again later.
