Problem w/ Linking Words

  Hello,

  I have been trying to link a URL to words/phrases and images, on post. I know you write what you want to be linked, highlight it, press the edit/insert link button, enter the destination of the URL, then post it. But the problem is that when I go to the actual website and click on the subject that I linked it takes me to here… http://en.wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/ , instead of the URL that I went it do redirect to. I check both my blogs and it doesn’t seem to be a theme issue because they both don’t redirect to the URL I want. Thank you everyone for your time, its much appreciated!

  Have you reviewed the information on that page? WordPress typically reroutes links to that page when they have affiliate IDs. With only a very few exceptions (spelled out on that page) affiliate sales are not allowed on WordPress.com
