problem when adding fields to the menu

    I have a problem with adding a new field to the menu.
    It is an atypical. In this menu is 42 pages but in total there are more than 100. When I want to add another page, nothing happens. only revolves circle next to the field. I tried to add to the file php.ini value

    max_input_vars = 9000
    suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000
    suhosin.request.max_vars = 5000 post_max_size = 512m

    but it did not work
    Please Help Me
