problem when canceling plan upgrade

  After upgrading from the personal to the premium plan, I realized that the premium plan was not what I needed so I canceled it moments later. In doing so my plan did not go back to a personal plan instead it changed to the free plan. The most concerning issue is that my custom domain name was deleted and now it a wordpress.com address. Can something be done to correct this?
