problem when creating polls

Add topic to favorites
i keep getting the following error when tryingm to create a poll for my blog, i dropped off a support ticket but yet to hear anything

User Code Invalid

Poll could not be created

Error: An error has occurred; Poll not created.

User Code Invalid

Poll could not be created

also i seem to be getting the user code invalid notice on the pollo overview page (where i would be able to see my polll if it would let me make any)

i looked round and it seems to be a problem with anyone who told wordpress to handle the sign up automatically, im rather dissapointed with the service right now, its been about a week since i placed the support ticket.

Hi,

If you go to the following address: http://%5Byourblogname%5D.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?page=polls&action=signup

Select either the auto create account option or the Import account option (insert your PollDaddy login details into the fields).

Then press the ‘I want some polls’ button and you should be all set to use the polls on your blog.

When I create a poll it never apears on my blog. In my account its all normal but when I enter in blog the poll isnt there… May someone help me?

Not without a link to your blog, starting with http. And preferably a link to a post where you’ve tried to make a poll.

I can’t read your drafts; you’d have to publish it in order for me to see the problem. And thanks for posting the link to your blog: we ALWAYS need that, because half the time people are not even hosted on WP.com when they ask questions here.

You are using Polldaddy polls, right?

but this is the problem… in my account it appears that have already published the poll but when i enter in mt blog the poll is not there!

I cannot get my poll to publish on my website either… http://aviewfrommybalcony.wordpress.com It’s not there so don’t look for it. I went through all the steps on publishing it but it does not show up on my site. My son is having the same problem on his wordpress site. The only place we can see it is in viewing it thru the edit function. Suggestions?
