Problem when Exporting

  When trying to export my blog, I got an error message: ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support’

  I connected and reconnected to my internet and still no luck. Any suggestions?

  Which of your sites are you trying to export when seeing this error?
