Problem while saving changes

    Hi, I use the theme Kigen. Since today, when I want to save a change on my homepage design, I have this error message appearing :

    “Mise à jour échouée. No templates exist with that id.”

    I contacted the chatbot, I tried to clear browser cache, to change the template and then go back to Kigen template, but it doesn’t work and the chatbot told me to write here.

    If anyone could help me that would be great !

    Hi, @tricotalicehammer!

    We recently discovered an issue that prevented users from editing the homepage from the site editor.

    The good news is that a fix has already been deployed. If your issue was on the homepage, you should now be able to edit it. But if you’re still having problems, please let us know we’d be happy to further investigate.

    Thank you very much for your answer, that works now.

    Unfortunately I have other issues. I wanted to import my Squarespace blog but the pages layout don’t match and I can’t rework on 13 years of posts. It seams that there is no solution to that as Squarespace and WordPress do not work on the same system.

    Hi @tricotalicehammer, you are right that Squarespace and WordPress use different layout systems, so the import cannot recreate your exact design. The content comes over, but the layout needs to be rebuilt using a WordPress theme.

    It may help to preview a few themes to see which layout feels closest to what you had before. You can use this tool to test themes safely before committing to any change:

    We also noticed that some images in your posts appear quite wide. If you want an easier way to adjust the overall layout, choosing a theme with the right structure is the best first step. If none of the theme options match the layout you want, then it would require more manual adjustments afterward.

    If you tell me the style you are aiming for, I can suggest themes that would be a good match.
