Problem while working with Internet explorer 10

My blog is not working properly with internet explorer 10. While adding new post a need to enter HTML tags manually for bold etc. and I am unable to use add media etc buttons I don’t see the tool bar at all . I am unable to use many features on the dashboard such as seeing my stats etc.

Have you disabled all browser add-ons and extensions?
Have you made sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled?
