How do I move domain mapping?

I use an online translator of English. I try to explain the problem. I created a blog called iutorredelcampo.wordpress.com with user “cartasdemanuel” and assigned its own domain and previously created “iutorredeldcampo.org” then I created a new user: “izquierdaunidatorredelcampo” and imported the blog with this user, them completely erase the previous blog and then I assign the domain “iutorredelcampo.org” to this new copy of the previous blog, I pay 12 euros as before and everything was fine. But it has since stopped working. On the blog now appears http://izquierdaunidatorredelcampo.wordpress.com no domain “iutorredelcampo.org” that it had allocated and paid.
