problem with 2 user names would like to eliminate 1

  I received the email to activate my username: kramercasm,but the email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can I eliminate the username and just use my email address as a user name?

  On WordPress.com you can log in either with your username or with the email address, however, you can’t remove your username.

  If you’d like to change the name that’s displayed in your blog posts, you can do that by following these steps:
