Hello, I have a problem creating a blog with the “rawgrancanaria.wordpress” name. It says that the name is already taken, but the blog does not exist. Could you fix it or tell me what happens, thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    rawgrancanaria.wordpress.com is no longer available.

The authors have deleted this site.

Once a blog name is deleted at WordPress.COM it can’t be used again, blog names are not recycled here

You will need to pick a different name or buy the upgrade to register a custom domain name and map it to a blog here

What is URL that you paid for? Post it please.
When did you purchase a domain mapping upgrade and do the required set up?
Was it over 72 hours ago?

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard at > Store > My Upgrades.

In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from and the domain name you desire must be available for purchase.

As you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.
