Problem with a deleted address

  Hello im a wordpress user with 2 blogs and i want to create a new with this address programachao.wordpress.com but it says that this address is already caught so i cant use it.
  When I enter it in the address bar it says that is no longer available the author have deleted this site, and yes, that address was mine but I deleted it loge time ago. My question is if i can create a new blog with that address.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  You can’t register any deleted blog URL because deleting any blog URL is a permanent and irreversible act. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
