Problem with a Google form inserted in a post

    I’ve inserted a Google forms in my posts, when people fill the content in some kind of camps (multiple selection or checkbox, not in short answer) go out the form and go at the end of the post. This problem only happens in IOS system (Ipad and Iphone) with any navigator (Chrome, Safari, …). Can you help me?
