Problem with a subpage creation

Hi there,
I am trying to make the page „Testimonios de Coaching“ a subpage of Coaching. It doesn’t really work out so far. As far as I can see, everything has been done correctly.
1. Page: it is shown like a subpage with a bold in front of the name (Superior: Coaching)
2. Menu: I have added the subpage so it can be seen on the blog (it always show up on the left side and when I move it to the right, it just moves back to the left).I had this kind of issue before and always found a way to work it out.
What has to be changed? I tried to create a new subpage, doing exactly the same and it also didn’t work out.Thanks in advance for your help,

Ok two things to try.
Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again. If that doesn’t work then try a different browser to see if it is related to just that browser. Also, what browser and browser version are you having the problem with?

yes, I did all that and it is still the same… I am using Windows Explorer, I think it is the latest version…

Has the page that you want as a submenu item been published?
If you drag it to the right in the custom menu and then save, you are saying it resets to the left not indented below the page you want as the parent?

yes, if I drag it, that’s exactly what happens… it’s the same with Firefox… I don’t think it’s the browser…

I just tried a couple in my test blog with Firefox and with Safari and everything sticks just as it should, so I’m a little confused. I can create subs and sub-subs and move them back and forth and save with no problems.
I’ll tag this for staff attention and perhaps they have a suggestion or two – or even better a solution.

thanks a lot for your help. I have done this before, that’s why I don’t really understand why it doesn’t work. Maybe I have some kind of mistake.

I tried it again with Firefox and now it did work out. Is this normal? It works with one server and with the other one it doesn’t work? Thanks again for your help!!

Server? You mean browser. Yes it’s normal, because IE isn’t normal. Use a decent browser, namely Firefox or Safari.
