Problem with a Title of a Blog, which is not the display name or username

  Hi!

  I recently changed my username from blindandproud to Ellie2810, and also my display name has been changed to that. However, when you type in ellie2810.wordpress.com, the title of the page is “blindandproud’s blog.” Is there any way to make it so it says “ellie2810’s blog”?

  Yes. The Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General …
  “save changes”. That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed.
