Problem with accessing the ONTOX website

  Hello,

  We have trouble accessing our ONTOX website via our WordPress account (@adminontoxproject). We are unaware of what could have happened that this website https://ontox-project.eu/ seems disconnected from this account.

  

  We checked with our Belgian partners whether the last payment for the WordPress Business package was successful, and they confirmed it was.

  Could you please give us a hint of what the problem is and what to do with it?

  We tried to contact tech support via e-mail and live chat, but the function seemed broken.

  Hi there,

  In investigating this issue, we noticed that while I am able to visit ontox-project.eu and see your site correctly, when I check the domain settings for ontox-project.eu (which is registered at websupport.sk) appear to not be correct. Do you have access to the account at Websuport, so that you can verify the domain settings it is using to connect to WordPress.com?

  These are the domain name server (NS) addresses currently

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3wordpress.com

  This is what they should be:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  Noticed that in the second set it is entered at ns3.wordpress.com, instead of ns3wordpress.com (missing a period after the 3) as is shown currently in your domain settings.

  Can you verify that this is what you see in the control panel at websupport.sk? Please let us know if you were able to update the 3rd record to ns3.wordpress.com and we’re happy to check on our end and see if we can confirm. Once the domain is functioning correctly and pointed to WordPress.com as it should, we can then work on getting the Jetpack connection repaired on the site so it shows in your WordPress.com dashboard correctly.

  I checked your domain configuration, and everything looks great now!

  You can see here that your domain now points to your WordPress.com site:

  https://whohosts.pro/ontox-project.eu ✅

  (Automattic, Inc. as the hosting company for your site indicates that WordPress.com hosts your site)

  ⚡️ Regarding your missing site in the dashboard — this is the result of the broken Jetpack connection, which I have resolved. Your dashboard now shows your site 🙌🏻
