Problem with anchor linking

  Hi,
  I want to link on the same page to below content
  https://s22.postimg.org/mxd2fc38h/screenshot1.jpg

  so I put

  
  [lead]Szukasz pomysłu…

  After clicking link it goes to
  https://s13.postimg.org/p4pmlmj2f/screenshot2.jpg

  so part of the content is not seen although I put anchor on the beginning.

  How can I fix that?

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?

  And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?
