  I tried to change the words ‘Change Management’ right above my logo into something else. But somehow I can’t manage to do so. Probably something trivial, but can anybody tell me how to do the trick?

  The fact your wordpress.com username is linked to a LinkedIn site and not to your wordpress.com blog isn’t very helpful. :( Please post the complete and clickable URL for the blog in question starting with htttp://
