  Following error occurs on payment submission form:
  Error Code: 326 – The requested field(s) are either invalid or missing

  Hi Aisajib,
  Basically, website is not accepting credit card payments…
  – Issue defined: When an order goes through, it is fine until submit payment, and then it gives an error: Payment errors: The request field(s) are either invalid or missing. even though all fields are filled out…
  Already connected with authorize.net regarding the issue, They said that Authorize has NO required fields on a form, so the error we are seeing that not all required fields are filled out are fields required by the website. New pass: [REDACTED]

  What is the name of the Authorize plugin you’re using? We’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

  Also, to note, if you’re using anything that might tamper with a checkout form, you may wish to deactivate this to see if this is the issue.

  Hello there,

  It looks like these might be doing the same thing?

  Does this error occur with one of these plugins deactivated? It might be worth testing that.

  We have disabled the plugin 1:1 but the problem still exists

  with the sandbox access, the credit card payments are working but with the live mode, it is creating problem
