problem with Authorize Twitter

  hi ^^
  I have a problem with permission to post to twitter
  every time I try to allow me to post, leave me this automatic mex.

  “Woah there!
  This page is no longer valid. It looks like someone already used the token information you provided. Please return to the site that sent you to this page and try again … it was probably an honest mistake.”

  do u have solutions?

  Are you enabling the automated posting to Twitter? If so, you don’t need to repeat it each time. Are you trying to post the main URL of your blog to Twitter, rather than the individual post URL?

  I tried both .. but it always gives me that message. Have not yet managed to allow me to post.

  Then I suggest you just go to Twitter’s website and post it by hand. That will enable you to write an enticing headline for it too, which vastly increases the likelihood people will click on it.
