Problem with Block Conversion Button and Images Column Alignment

    Hello,

    I have a question re editing of my posts . I’ve just spent hours on it and I still don’t get it.

    My post was supposed to go live today, but I encountered an issue. Somehow my draft post switched to classical and any attempts to click ‘convert to blocks’ are unsuccessful. It just won’t ‘convert’. My post is supposed to display 3 columns HORIZONTALLY with images in it and it worked at first, but then it switched to displaying them vertically one after another – vertically, when 3 columns with images should display horizontally. That’s important for my post as the images are very vertical and I put a small poem beneath each. I think this happened after my post switched automatically to classical when I didn’t do anything, and now it won’t convert to blocks. Can anyone help, please? Thank you.

    resolved for now – after painstakingly copying each sentence of the post and image into another new draft post. a nightmare.
