Problem with Bloom

Hi! I have an issue with Bloom transferring correctly subscribers info into Active Campaign. I checked with Active Campaign and they say that the problem comes from Bloom. The Bloom form doesn’t transfer the field name if a contact is already subscribed. This means that if a subscriber optins in a second form I cannot see the update in Active Campaign

Since this involves Bloom and Active Campaign, I’d honestly recommend working between the two of them. But you can also try posting at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, or searching those forums to see if others have run into that issue.
