Problem with Bookmarks on page

    Hello, I got 2 questions. 1 is about upgrading php. I can not make it as whenever I click to upgrade a webpage appears saying that this is already being taken care of. However I can’t see my php version to be upgraded. Secondly on my webpage kazimierzafitness.pl my menu bookmarks stopped working. When I click on my menu, the webpage doesn’t bring me down to the right content. Could You please support here?
