Problem with coding

  I hope this question is not dumb but I am beginner and I can’t code (I am only 15) and I really don’t know is there some way that you give code somewhere else or only on widgets, because some codes I found them on web don’t work, I know this is really dumb question and sorry for bad English

  See the Code support page, which explains why code restrictions have been deemed necessary by WordPress.com for security reasons. However, note alsothe following, from the second paragraph of the support page:

  If you feel [that code is] being stripped out improperly, or if you would like to suggest additional types of code we should allow, please contact support.

  What type(s) of code have you been trying to insert, and for what purpose(s)?

  I change theme in my site and there was automaticaly was some code for colors who I don’t add them but they was before added they don’t work I don’t know why there is no code that work and really sorry for bad English
