problem with collapse/expand plugin

    hi,

    I added the collapse/expand plugin.

    So within my page (visual) I clicked on the icon “insert collapse/expand plugin”.
    I did this before the text area to be collapsed and after.

    So the icons were added before and after. But the text in between does not collapse.

    What did I do wrong?

    I do not see any sites under your @fragensteller33 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
