Problem with comments

    I have people trying to comment on a new post and their comments are not going into moderation and they are not going up on the site. Is there anything I can do?

    Hi Justin – Can you please provide a bit more information about this? Have the readers unable to comment explained what happens when they try? Do they receive any kind of error message and if so, what is the exact error? Or is it just that the screen fails to load again after they submit their comment?

    The more details you can provide about this, the better we could narrow down what might be causing it.
