Problem With Connecting To a Website

    I cant reach the site ‘Artbox.ge’ because of site_id mismatch error, i hope you can guide me to fix that problem

    Hi! It seems there are a few issues here. Artbox.ge is pointed to our name servers but does not currently have a mapping upgrade.

    And the mapping upgrade was under another account.

    Are you able to log in as that user?

    Also, if your site is not hosted here, you may do well to log into your registrar, then point directly to your host’s name servers.
